Adox Adostab II Black & White Stabilizer with Wetting Agent - 500ml
Adolux's Adostab II is a black & white image stabilizer with a wetting agent that can be used as a Sistan replacement. It uses the same active ingredient, but has be recalibrated to achieve an improved archival effect. Images treated with Adostab II undergo a slight increase in density, but do not change colour (unlike selenium toning).
The active ingredient encapsulates silver grains and makes them more stable against UV light and harmful environmental influences. Apply Adostab II like a wetting agent for 120 seconds. Then wipe, dry, and you're done!
Only use ADOSTAB directly at the final bath of the process on well-fixed and well washed prints. ADOSTAB is not a wash-aid. Like any other toner it will create marks and spots on not well fixed/washed images.
